The L Word

I noticed there were lots of L words in my weekend.

Leaves

Laundry

Loads of shoppers at Costco

Lasagna

The appearance of lure (doe-in-rut buck lure, I'll spare you any more details) in my refrigerator

A little, adorable great-nephew

And luckily for me, a laugh-filled, and lovely visit from Justin!

Hope your weekend was similarly filled with lots of love and luminous moments!

  1. Lovely! reading all those L's reminded me about this article that I read yesterday in Brain Pickings. You totally should've written the L chapter! (https://www.brainpickings.org/2017/10/26/hockneys-alphabet-book/)

  2. LOVE. XO Your post reminded me of the old Sesame Street tagline . . . Today's post was brought to you by the letter L. (At first, I thought Lasagne was going to be my favorite L. But then, I saw Justin . . . so Laugh-filled and Lovely were the winners. Hands down.) :-)

  8. I love all the "L"s in your post. Looking for common ground in life is lovely thing to do AND even better when the list ends with a loved one (or two).

  10. Well, this looks like a weekend filled with a lot of my favorite things. Leaves. I hate raking them, but I love being out in them, and I love the way they smell. I have been known to go leaf diving as an adult. Laundry on the line; does anything smell better? Lasagna, mmmmm! Then the piece de resistance, yet another visit from a most loved son. Wow! You are batting 1000, Bonny. Hope your week continues as it has begun.
