... is a beautiful day despite the very gloomy, gray, rainy, and dreary weather. I haven't been in MD for two weeks, so I was delighted to be greeted by my Christmas cactus when I stepped into the "plant room".
Flowers are indeed magical!
Striving to be highly reasonable, even in the face of unreasonableness. Reading, knitting, and some alcohol may help.
Oh, how stunning! What a glorious welcome! :)
ReplyDeleteWow, Wow, Wow! What a lot of blooms. Truly gorgeous. Glad you were home to see the show.
ReplyDeleteWOW, just WOW! What a nice greeting on your arrival, and I can't believe that thing bloomed the first year. You must have a green thumb, Bonny.
ReplyDeleteYou must have been thrilled to be welcomed back to MD by that beauty! It's gray and rainy and windy here, too, but I'm glad it's not snowing!

ReplyDeleteOh so lovely. I saw some awesome orchids at a friends place Saturday. It is very very gloomy indeed outside in Wisconsin the past few days.
ReplyDeleteWe need flowers and light to help us get through gloomy winters!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!!!
ReplyDeleteI have cactus envy this year - between you and Vicki, at least I can enjoy them vicariously. (Does John water the plants while you're away?)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cactus. I saw some small ones at Trader Joe's last week and thought of you. The flowers on this one are such a soft pink. I am glad you didn't miss the show!
