It's a new planting of Relax, just what we all need!
Look how much the one in the corner has grown!
There was only one glass left in the bottle, but I finally gave in and enjoyed it last night. I wish I had stocked up
but I don't really want to expose myself to crowds at the liquor store just for wine. Rookie mistake!
I do have plenty of other alcohol and the liquor stores in MD, DE, and NJ have not closed. So tonight I will sip some
peanut butter whiskey (don't judge it if you haven't tried it!) on the back porch and enjoy my growing crop of Relax.
Here's hoping you are finding some form of relaxation at your home.
If you can manage to grow more wine, I'll bet you'll find a receptive market to buy it! ;-)

Hurray for gardening! we are mulling over that possibility as we hunker down for whatever comes.
ReplyDeleteWonderful! That blue color (and the message) are perfect. I wandered around the garden this morning and discovered the sugar snap peas have started poking through the dirt! Then I went to the North side of the house and cut another bunch of daffodils to bring in. Stay well my friend.
ReplyDeleteI was doing fine, until My husband began to get very anxious about our son being in Mexico. I think he will be fine. I don't like that he may not be able to come home for awhile, but his life is there right now. MY brother in law grew up in Mexico city and he will give himpersepctive. Love your bottle garden!
ReplyDeleteLOL, too cute, Bonny. I have been having a little glass of wine every night while cooking supper. I think I deserve it! Oh, and I have mine shipped in by the case. It's cheaper and so much easier, especially in these times. I am not familiar with Relax, but the bottle is a winner. Here's to more relaxation for all of us. It is in short supply recently.

ReplyDeleteIf my liquor store carried Relax I would have braved anything for that color of bottle, but sadly they do not have it. The (State) stores here haven't closed but they limit the number of people inside and the lines outside are long. So happy I have enough wine and (real) whiskey in my cupboard. :)
ReplyDeleteOh this made me laugh Bonny - thank you! (I have three naked bottles of pinot grigio resting on their sides in the dark downstairs. I'm hoping they'll get together and make babies!)
