Saturday Sky was a thing years ago, and I think I've used it before during NaBloPoMo, but this year I wanted to try something a little different. Sometimes the sky is just a dull grey in November (not good when I need a photograph), but I thought if I included the "earth below" on Saturdays, I might have a better chance of finding something interesting. We'll see ...
Today's photo is the sunset I was treated to on my walk yesterday. A luminous sky framed by silhouetted trees is always a favorite of mine.
That's lovely and a great reinterpretation of Saturday sky!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Bonny!
ReplyDeleteLovely sky!!! It just glows...
ReplyDelete(We had a similar sunset here last night!)
I love the light that seems to be coming from below the clouds and the dark trees against the lighter field. Very nice, Bonny!
ReplyDeleteThank you! It is nice to have a good reason to observe, appreciate, and photograph a nice sky!
DeleteClouds that reflect the golden light of the sun always make for beautiful sky photos! The silhouette of trees adds to the photo, too. Perfect, Bonny.
ReplyDeleteLove the light angle!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Kathy! I got a late start on my walk, but I was glad I had once I saw the sunset.
DeleteOh wow! The colors in the clouds are gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Bonny! Love the colors and the contrast of the treeline meeting the sky!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! A grey day today...wonder if there will be color with the earlier (clock change) sunset today.
ReplyDeleteThat is perfect! I love the combination and the light.
