Hope

I've got snowdrops blooming and I wanted to share this photo of the one I couldn't resist picking and bringing inside for a preview of spring. Have a happy weekend with plenty of hope for spring!

  8. Oh I hope that if the warm weather that is predicted arrives Sunday, i can walk around the town and lake and see some sign of early flowers.

  9. I hope your weather turns to spring very soon, Bonny. It is sunny and 55 here today!! WOO HOO! It will start raining tomorrow, but for today, I am basking in the sun and thinking springy thoughts before it all goes back to winter. It makes me very hopeful even though I am not sure I have any reason to be. Thanks for the positive post!

  13. Spring is on the way - that is for sure. Our weather was beautiful but unseasonably warm this past weekend. My neighbors were out cleaning out garden spaces. I looked at the weeds and then took a walk. We have more than a few weeks before the last frost date.

  14. What a perfect little vase for your beautiful snowdrop! I have a bunch in my garden, but they were pounded by snow (6") last Sunday. I'm happy to say the snow has melted and they survived! It's 65 here today and I've been taking advantage of the sun. Hope you find some soon as it's delicious!
