Knead the dough and set it to rise.
While it's rising, gather your equipment,
mix the filling,
but do not eat.
Roll the dough, place it in the press, and fill.
Bake, and voila, calzones!
I wish I could share, but you can't have the little round, using-up-the-last-bit-of-dough one. That one is always mine. Baker's choice!
