Radish 911!

All available equipment has been dispatched to deal with this year's radish crop!

Those really are radishes (not potatoes!)
and we're going to be eating them for quite a while.

  1. I got 2 big bunches of radishes from our CSA this week. I'm not a fan but Dale loves them so he was happy.

  2. They look grand! Radishes have a way of getting away from you if not watched carefully, and they can be full of fire. I'll bet yours taste great!

  3. They look delish . . . and huge! (I'd help you eat them in a flash; Tom? Not so much.) :-)

  4. Those trucks must spark joy still... and now you've found another reason to keep them!

  6. I LOVE radishes! Sara, however, does not. She's had big bunches in her last two CSA shipments and I suggested she roast them. Thumbs up! (I of course, have never tried a roasted radish - I love them cold and raw with just a tiny sprinkle of salt). so, yeah, jealous!

  8. My mother used to eat radish sandwiches -- thinly sliced and sprinkled with salt & pepper!
