Weekending

The weekend in photos.
A picture is worth a thousand words, or I'm just too lazy to come up with too many words on a Monday? I'll let you decide!

  2. Lovely! Your columbines are just gorgeous -- and I'll bet those peas were YUM. I haven't seen a cone flower blooming here yet -- but soon! Your garden is still a week or two ahead of mine, so it's nice to see a preview of what's to come. XO

    1. I agree with you about peas fresh from the garden! That was even the second picking so I blanched and froze some this morning.

  4. Beautiful! Those peas look so good! I remember shelling peas for my grandmother and I can remember her admonishing me when more peas went into my mouth than into the pan!

  8. Lovely photos that made me hungry. Your garden must be doing well. Aren't the deer munching on those peas? It looks like a lovely weekend.

    1. We have the garden well-fenced or the neighborhood deer herd would eat everything!
