Begin As You Mean to Go On

I say this every single year, but that's because I think it's quite a good thing to actually begin as you do mean to go on
throughout this brand new wonderfully shiny year, full of possibilities.

I hope your 2018 is off to a stellar start and is filled with love, health, peace,
and all of the people and pursuits that are most important to you.

  2. The Happiest of New Year's wishes to you and yours, Bonny! Thank you for all the lovely and informative posts this last year. I consider them a bright spot in my day. think this sentiment is perfect for today, but also for any day. I need to learn to set my intentions for each and every day as I start. I'm sure it would improve my experiences and satisfaction. Have a lovely day doing what you love.

    1. And a very Happy New Year to you, too, Becky! Thank you for being such a devoted reader and commenter; that is a bright spot in my day! My grandmother always used to say begin as you mean to go on when each new year started, but I really like your idea of starting each new day that way. Thank you!

  9. Happy New Year. Those two young men are certainly a handsome pair. Knitting and reading with a cup of something hot sounds like a lovely way to begin. Here is to 2018.
